Announcement: Implementation of Double-Blind Review Process for IJCITSM: International Journal of Cyber and IT Service Management 

We are pleased to announce that, starting from Volume 4, No. 2, the IJCITSM: International Journal of Cyber and IT Service Management will implement a Double Blind Review process for all submitted manuscripts. This initiative aims to ensure greater objectivity and credibility in the article evaluation process.

Key Aspects of the Double Blind Review Process:

1. Anonymity of Authors: The authors’ names and affiliations will be omitted from the manuscript version sent to reviewers to maintain anonymity.

2. Exclusion of Author Declarations: Any author declarations regarding contributions or statements will be removed from the version of the article provided to reviewers.
