This journal charges the following author fees.

Article Submission: 0.00 (USD)

Authors are not required to pay an Article Submission Fee as part of the submission process to contribute to review costs.

Article Publication: 1,000 (USD)

To support the cost of wide open access dissemination of research results, to manage the various costs associated with handling and editing the submitted manuscripts, and to manage journal management and publication in general, the authors or the author's institution is requested to pay a publication fee. It is our policy that:

- Each accepted paper will be charged USD 1,000 for collaborative papers (two or more authors).
- We discourage papers with a single (sole) author. Papers with a single author will be charged twice the regular fee, i.e., USD 2,000.
- The standard fee covers up to 12 pages. Any manuscript exceeding 12 pages will incur an additional charge of USD 50 per extra page (USD 100 per extra page for single-author papers).

The APC is charged only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication. Payment instructions will be provided by the editorial team together with the official acceptance notification.

Waiver Policy

For authors from low-income countries, waivers or discounts may be granted on a case-by-case basis. Applications submitted before article submission are assessed by the Support Editor based on the quality of the research article and the authors’ ability to pay.
